Add 2-5 drops into your toner, lotion or cream during facials. Dilute to 2-5% with a preferred carrier oil and massage onto your skin Add 4-5 drops (mixed with rosemary and peppermint essential oils) into your aroma diffuser and inhale during breaks or before naps. Add 6-8 drops into your hot bath and soak in for 20 minutes Dissolve 3-6 drops into a warm water tub or bowl, and soak your feet for 10 minutes. Apply diluted oil on exposed areas of your skin to prevent mosquito bites.
If pregnant, breastfeeding or under doctor’s care, consult a healthcare professional before use. A 0.6% maximum dilution is advisable. Do not use undiluted. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on broken skin or abrasions. Avoid contact with eyes. If contacted, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention. Not suitable for children. Keep out of reach.
