Add 2 drops each of Lemongrass and Lavender essential oil into some coconut oil (10ml equivalent to 2 teaspoons) and rub over aching muscles. Diffuse a few drops when feeling tired and negative
Avoid use if pregnant or breastfeeding. A 0.1% maximum dilution is advisable. Do not use undiluted. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on broken skin or abrasions. Avoid contact with eyes. If contacted, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention. Not suitable for children. Keep out of reach.
Avoid internal use, unless directed by a licensed aromatherapist or physician. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
