Add 2-5 drops into your toner, lotion or cream during facials. Dilute to 2-5% with a carrier oil of your choice and rub onto your skin Add 4-5 drops (mixed with lavender or ylang ylang essential oil) into your aroma diffuser and inhale during breaks or before naps. Add 6-8 drops into your hot bath and soak in for 20 minutes. Dissolve 3-6 drops into a warm water tub or bowl, and soak your feet for 10 minutes. Add a few drops to a spray bottle filled with water to clean and disinfect surfaces in your home.
Avoid use if pregnant or breastfeeding. A 0.1% maximum dilution is advisable. Do not use undiluted. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on broken skin or abrasions. Avoid contact with eyes. If contacted, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention. Not suitable for children. Keep out of reach. May be used as a skin sanitiser.
